Jo and Zack's picnic session was pure romance, wrapped in golden hour light and topped with sweet giggles and buttery pastries. Set in a secluded grassy nook with jaw-dropping views of Mt. Rainier and a full moon climbing the evening sky, their love story came alive in a way that felt plucked straight from a storybook-or maybe an episode of Bridgerton. Spoiler Alert: while there wasn't a proposal (yet!), the whispers of what's to come had us all swooning behind the lens.

This cozy little pocket of paradise was styled with an effortlessly elegant picnic setup-vibrant florals spilling out of wicker baskets, vintage glassware catching the sunlight, and delicate taper candles twisting upward like something out of a Jane Austen garden party. Every details was curated with intention, from the locally baked pastries (yes, rings were hidden in more than one!) to the Martinelli's chilling on ice, sparkling just like Jo's eyes when Zack leaned in close.

Jo wore the dreamiest vintage sundress with soft blush tones and dainty floral prints, channeling major 90's vibes. Her soft curls and headband gave her that picture-perfect, graceful heroine look. Zack, on the other hand, kept things classic and timeless with his crisp white button down, chocolate corduroy pants, and charming suspenders. Together, they looked like they'd stepped out of a Time Machine set to "romantic picnic perfection."

The two shared laughs and strawberry-garnished glasses as the sun dipped behind the pines, toasting to love, life, and (maybe) forever. There was something so playful yet deeply intimate about the way they interacted-Jo's laughter lighting up the scene, Zack's eyes rarely straying from hers. They sprawled across their picnic blanket under the soft glow of the moon, surrounded by charcuterie and blooms, completely wrapped up in each other.

And while it wasn't technically a proposal...let's just say Jo wasn't the only one catching glimmers of something sparkly. The pastries may have been the most delicious clue-droppers of all, hiding tiny surprises and giving us sneaky peeks into what just might be the next chapter for these two. Every smile, glance, and stolen kiss whispered, "something special is coming."

Couple Sessions like these are about more than just photos-they're about pausing time in the most beautiful way. Whether you're celebrating a new chapter, a milestone, or just the joy of being together, these moments deserve to be captured with magic. And if your session just so happens o include Mt. Rainier, moonrises, and a vintage lace picnic blanket? Even better.

Jo and Zack, thank you for inviting us into your story. Your love is as sweet as your pastry box, and we'll be the first in line with tissues when the real question gets popped.
